Set bath towels € 10 per person/change
Extra bed linen change € 5,00/bed-place
The change of sheets is done for free every 3 nights (2 times a week) and in any case at each change of customers.
Breakfast room/service € 20/service
Beach service €15,00/pro day (1 sunbed+1deckchair+1sun umbrella)

Rules and Uses
SMALL ANIMALS
Small and medium (up to 10 kg) animals, if previously accorded with the management, are welcome in the room: Musica – Suite Studio 1, by presenting the health card of the dog’s vaccination, and a payment of € 40 per stay for a treatment anti allergic.
SMOKERS
It is forbidden to smoke inside the house and in the rooms, places where is allowed are at disposal of the clients.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals over 00:00 a.m. have to be previously agreed with the management, to avoid ugly misunderstanding.
WI-FI SERVICE
The user and passwords will be provided on request. You can print what you need by a cost of 0, 30€ per page.
ALARM CLOCK SERVICE
It is guaranteed the alarm clock service, if previously accorded with the management.
DAILY REST TIME
We beg you to respect the rest time.
REHEARSAL AND STUDIO ROOM
For musicians we have a special rehearsal and recording room, for tariffs and availability please contact the management.
WINTER PERIODS
In winter, from November to April, to ensure a comfortable temperature, the breakfasts will be administered in a room of more intimate dimensions. All services can not be guaranteed.

Services and Public Transports
Bicycles available for our guests for free upon availability
Shuttle car to Caorle € 25 one way (max 4 pax)
Shuttle car with 60 km € 70 one way (max 4 pax)
Shuttle car to the Airport in Venice or Treviso € 80 one way (max 4 pax)
The shuttle car is upon availability and to be accorded with the management. If not available, there is the possibility to contract a public taxi, prices and time to be accorded directly with the taxi driver.
Payments
Reservations will be confirmed after receiving a deposit of 30% (minimum € 50) of the agreed sum and the balance due not later than 15 days from arrival date.
For bookings within 15 days from the arrival date will require the payment of the total stay.
Extra services and business professionals services have to be booked and paid advance.
Cancellations Policy
For cancellation within 60 days before arrival free of charge.
From 60 days before arrival to 31 the 30% will be hold
From 30 days before arrival to 16 the 50% will be hold
From 15 days before arrival to 8 the 75% will be hold
From 7 days before arrival to 0 the 100% will be hold
Reservation changes (period change, name change, treatments,...etc.) must be agreed with the management.
Modify Conditions
Modify of costs, arrangment or method of payment must be agreed and confirmed from the management.
